District Implementation of Professional Learning Product
OpenAI
Perplexity AI
Google Gemini
Comprehensive technical deployment, identity integration, and educator professional development for K-12 school districts adopting frontier AI systems—including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google Gemini.
DocAIRC (Dr. Ronald Brian Cornish) provides independent consulting, technical deployment assistance, and educator professional development services. DocAIRC is not Anthropic PBC, is not an Anthropic reseller, is not an Anthropic employee, is not an authorized Anthropic implementation partner, and is not an official Anthropic representative. School districts obtain Claude directly from Anthropic PBC under Anthropic’s official K-12 program (one full year of free Enterprise-level Claude for Teachers for qualifying U.S. K-12 districts enrolling by June 30, 2027). District IT personnel retain absolute authority and control over all district infrastructure, credentials, DNS records, identity systems, and security decisions. Purchasing DocAIRC implementation services is completely optional and is not required to receive Claude from Anthropic.
What the Service Is
A turnkey professional engagement engineered specifically for public, charter, and private K-12 school districts. We partner with superintendents, curriculum directors, and technology leadership to transform platform access into safe, compliant, and transformative daily educational practice across all classrooms.
Why Districts Need Implementation Assistance
Anthropic provides the software platform, but district technology teams bear the operational burden of domain TXT/CNAME record validation, single sign-on (SSO) provisioning with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, administrative policy setup, teacher anxiety alleviation, ethical guardrails, and curriculum-aligned prompt engineering. DocAIRC handles the heavy lifting alongside your team.

Dr. Cornish’s 4RO Prompting Framework
At the core of our educator professional development is Dr. Ronald Cornish’s proprietary 4RO Method—an evidence-aligned framework that turns AI into an accountable, high-precision instructional copilot.
Establish the precise instructional persona, specialist grade-band background, or administrative viewpoint.
Define the specific learning objective, student reading level, IEP adaptation need, or curricular intent.
Articulate the explicit deliverable required: differentiated worksheet, tiered rubric, lesson outline, or email draft.
Impose non-negotiable boundaries: zero hallucinated citations, FERPA de-identification, vocabulary limits, and age checks.
Dictate the structural format: two-column table, printable student handout, bulleted checklist, or LMS markdown.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to buy this service to get Claude from Anthropic?
No. Anthropic’s K-12 program is an independent platform offer provided directly by Anthropic PBC. Any qualifying U.S. school district can apply directly through Anthropic’s official website. DocAIRC provides independent technical deployment assistance and teacher professional learning to ensure your district successfully configures and actually adopts the tool.
Will DocAIRC ask for our district’s administrative passwords or DNS credentials?
Never. Our security protocol strictly mandates that district IT personnel maintain 100% control over district infrastructure, domain DNS records, and identity provider consoles. We provide the exact record values and step-by-step guidance, and your authorized staff execute all changes.
Is this program compliant with student privacy laws (FERPA / COPPA)?
Claude for Teachers is provisioned for adult staff and educators only; it is not configured for student accounts. Anthropic’s K-12 agreement explicitly commits to zero-training on customer data. Our professional development also teaches staff essential de-identification protocols so that student names and PII are never submitted.
How are the follow-up days in the Accelerator tier scheduled?
The two follow-up implementation and coaching days must be scheduled within thirty (30) calendar days following your primary professional development day. This ensures immediate reinforcement and sustained momentum as teachers begin using the platform.
Can our district pay via Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes. We routinely partner with K-12 public school districts, intermediate school districts (ISDs), and regional educational service agencies (RESAs). We accept official district purchase orders and provide complete vendor documentation, W-9 forms, and electronic invoicing.
School districts, ISDs, and RESAs can immediately issue an official Purchase Order (Net 30 terms) or complete direct procurement through the State of Michigan SIGMA Vendor Self Service (VSS) system. Implementation packages and professional development may qualify for funding under Perkins V, Title II-A, or Michigan Section 61a career and technical education allocations, depending on your district’s specific plan. Please confirm eligibility with your district’s business office before submitting a PO against one of these funding sources.
Email your official signed District Purchase Order to ron@docairc.com referencing Vendor ID CV8048129, or request our formal Vendor W-9 packet and itemized invoice. Our business office will confirm receipt and coordinate implementation onboarding within 24 business hours.
